1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and participating in our sports competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms act as a legally binding agreement between you and MyLastMan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Participation must be legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online sports competitions.

3. Competition Rules & "Picks"

Deadlines: All selections must be submitted before the "Round Deadline." The countdown timer on the MyLastMan platform is the official source of truth for submission windows.

Auto-Picks: In specific competitions, the system may automatically assign a team to you if a pick is not made by the deadline. Once an auto-pick is processed by our engine, it is final and cannot be manually swapped by the user.

4. Competition Administration

In the interest of fairness, we reserve the right to communicate directly with your competition administrator to update or correct selections. This may occur if a selection was impacted by documented system issues, data feed errors, or unexpected fixture rescheduling.

MyLastMan retains the absolute final say on any corrections, scoring adjustments, or eligibility decisions made on the platform.

5. User Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

Multi-Accounting: Using multiple accounts to hedge bets or gain statistical advantage.
Collusion: Coordinating with other participants to manipulate league standings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. MyLastMan is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party sports data, server downtime, or any loss of participation enjoyment resulting from platform usage.
